A Fine Belgian Ale Recipe

1 pound 40 Lovibond caramel malt
8.25 pounds pale liquid malt extract
2 ounces Cascade hop pellets, boil 1 hour
2 ounces Cascade hop pellets
4.2 ounces orange peel
3 chamomile teabags
Wyeast 1214 Belgian Ale or White Labs WLP530 Abbey Ale
